Marjolein de Boer is assistant professor at Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences. She studied sociology (BA) and philosophy (BA, research MA) at Radboud University Nijmegen and spent a semester at Stellenbosch University in South-Africa and at DePaul University in Chicago, USA. During her PhD studies on breast cancer experiences, she was a visiting scholar for a semester at Södertörn University and at Linköping University (both in Sweden). In 2016, she obtained her PhD from Maastricht University. From 2017 to 2019, Marjolein worked as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Oslo in Norway, working on a project on infertility treatment experiences. In 2019, Marjolein came to the Department of Culture Studies at Tilburg University as a postdoctoral fellow, working on discourses surrounding chronic fatigue. In 2019, she became an assistant professor at the same department and currently works on her VENI-project about menopause experiences (2021-2024). She is a member of TYA since 2022.

Tine Buyl is associate professor of Organization Studies at Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. She received her PhD in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and transferred to Tilburg University in 2015. Her research focuses on the composition and dynamics of top management teams, and her work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Leadership Quarterly. In addition, she is the academic director of the Bachelor's and Master's programs in Organization Studies. She is a member of TYA since its foundation in 2020.

Hannes Datta is associate professor at Tilburg School of Economics and Management. As a marketing department member, he studies digital media (e.g., streaming services, digital TV), branding, and retailing. His work has been published, among others, in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, and Marketing Science, and has obtained national and international news coverage. Hannes serves on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Marketing (since 2020), the International Journal of Research in Marketing (since 2021), and Marketing Science (since 2022). In 2020, Hannes launched tilburgsciencehub.com, a platform to help researchers use open science principles to work efficiently on empirical research projects. Hannes received his PhD in Quantitative Marketing at Maastricht University, The Netherlands (2014). He is a founding member of TYA.

Lien Denoo is assistant professor of Entrepreneurship at the Department of Management at the Tilburg School of Economics and Management. She received her PhD in Applied Economics from Ghent University (Belgium) in 2015 and was a postdoctoral scholar at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California before moving to Tilburg University in 2017. Lien's research interests include business models, market creation and commercialization, and technology entrepreneurship. She has published several articles in leading entrepreneurship journals such as the Journal of Business Venturing and the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal and won multiple awards for her research and teaching. Lien is one of the founding members of TYA.

Floor Fleurke is associate professor European Environmental law at Tilburg Law School, at the Department of Public Law and Governance. Her research focuses on European environmental law, with a specific interest in the relationship between science, technology, and environmental law. Floor obtained a PhD cum laude from the University of Amsterdam, with a thesis on the application of the precautionary principle in the EU. She is an experienced teacher at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She regularly carries out commissioned research for (inter) national public bodies and non-governmental organizations. She is a founding member of TYA.

Anton ten Klooster is assistant professor at Tilburg School of Theology and specializes in moral theology. He studied theology (BA, MA) in Tilburg, and spent a semester at the Université de Fribourg in Switzerland. During part of his PhD studies he was a visiting scholar at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. In 2018, he obtained his PhD cum laude from Tilburg University. In 2022, he worked for two months at Notre Dame University in South Bend, on a research fellowship from the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture. He is a member of TYA since its foundation in 2020 and was its first secretary until the summer of 2022.

Judith Künneke is assistant professor of Managerial Accounting and academic director of the MSc Accountancy at TiSEM. She has obtained her PhD in Managerial Accounting from Maastricht University and has been a visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her expertise relates to the role of (accounting) information in personnel decision-making (e.g., design and effects of performance and talent management systems and incentive structures), and resulted in publications in top-core journals and multiple practice outlets to increase societal impact. She is part of the Tilburg Young Academy since April 2022.

Anne Lafarre is associate professor at Tilburg Law School and the Tilburg program director of the Joint Bachelor's Program in Data Science (with the Technical University of Eindhoven). In 2017, she obtained her PhD cum laude from Tilburg University. She received a VENI research grant from the Dutch organisation NWO to study the role of shareholders in sustainable companies from June 2021 onwards. Her research interests are sustainable finance, sustainable corporate governance, and the application of (new and classical) empirical methods in legal research. She is honoured to be a member and vice-president of the TYA since autumn 2021.

Werner Liebregts is assistant professor of Entrepreneurship at the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science (JADS), a joint initiative of Tilburg University and the Eindhoven University of Technology, and a secretary of the Dutch Academy of Research in Entrepreneurship (DARE). He obtained his PhD in Economics with a focus on intrapreneurship from Utrecht University in March 2018. He also holds a MSc in Economics and in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics, both from Tilburg University. During and directly after his studies, he held several positions as a quantitative researcher at (applied) scientific research institutes in the Netherlands, viz. EIM Business and Policy Research and TNO. Werner is a member of the TYA since the spring of 2022.

David Peeters is associate professor in Communication and Cognition at the Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences. He carried out his PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. His research and teaching focus on the cognitive processes that allow humans to communicate. He is a founding member of TYA and its current president.

Catherine M. Robb is assistant professor in the philosophy department of Tilburg University. She completed her PhD in philosophy at the University of Glasgow in 2017, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (UK). As part of her PhD studies, Catherine was a visiting researcher at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Before becoming a philosopher, Catherine originally studied music at both the Royal Academy of Music in London and the University of Glasgow. Catherine spent one year at the University of Hull as a lecturer in philosophy before joining Tilburg in 2018. Catherine officially joined TYA in the Spring of 2022 as part of the second wave of members.

Harm Schütt is assistant professor at the Tilburg University School of Economics and Management. He did his undergraduate studies at the Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany and -- after a short stint in the investment world -- went to the University of California at Berkeley for his PhD studies. He did his post-doc at the LMU Munich before joining Tilburg University in 2018. He is one of the founding members of the TYA.

Inge van de Ven is assistant professor of Culture Studies at Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences. She studied Comparative Literature (BA, ReMA, PhD) at Utrecht University. She is currently Marie Curie Global Fellow (UC Santa Barbara & University of Stavanger, 2020 -- '23), and was previously a Junior Core Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Budapest (2018 -- '19). Her monograph Big Books in Times of Big Data was published by Leiden University Press (2019). She is a founding member of TYA and is currently vice-president.

Claudia Zucca is assistant professor of Organizational Networks at Tilburg University (Jheronimus Academy of Data Science -JADS). Before, she was a post-doctoral researcher at the Social and Public Health Unit -- University of Glasgow. She is a Marie Curie Alumna after obtaining an industrial PhD from the University of Exeter within the FP7 project VOTEADVICE, in collaboration with Kieskompas (Amsterdam), Vrije Universiteit, and Koç University (Istanbul). Her expertise focuses on research methodology and data science, applied to politics, public policy, technology, and organizational studies. She also has experience as a software developer, conducting policy evaluation research in collaboration with public stakeholders, and delivering research in a consultant capacity. She joined TYA in 2022.
